This policy explains what information Resvia AI collects, how we use it, and how we protect it while operating the service on your behalf.

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, run AI-powered job search workflows on your behalf, process payments, and send service-related communications. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising purposes. We disclose your information only to the service providers described in Section 4 and — when you choose to apply to a job posted on Resvia AI — to that employer, as described in Section 3.
3. Sharing With Employers
Some job postings on Resvia AI are published directly by employers. If — and only if — you choose to apply to one of those postings, we send your application to that employer. We never share your profile or resume with an employer unless you submit an application to them.
What the employer receives: the resume you submitted (including the tailored version prepared for that role), your name and contact details, your cover note, and your answers to any questions on the posting.
Where it goes: your application appears in the employer's Resvia AI account, and is also emailed to the employer's own contact address. If the employer has supplied the intake address of their own applicant tracking system, a copy is emailed there as well so your application is filed against the correct role.
What we withhold: your salary expectations, your saved job-search preferences, and your activity on other jobs are not shared with employers.
How employers may use it: employers are bound by our Employer Terms of Service to use your application solely to evaluate you for roles at their company, and are prohibited from selling it, adding you to marketing lists, or repurposing it. Once an employer receives your application they control that copy independently, and their own privacy practices apply to it. Contact the employer directly to request its deletion.
4. Third-Party Processing
To operate the Service, your data is processed by third-party providers including authentication, billing, AI model, and browser automation providers. All providers are contractually bound to process your data only as necessary to provide their services.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
