3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Final Actions. You are solely responsible for all final actions in your job search, including submitting applications, sending outreach messages, and sharing personal information with third parties.
3.2 Outreach Messages. AI-generated outreach messages are drafts for your review. By sending a message, you represent that it is truthful, accurate, and compliant with the recipient platform's terms of service.
3.3 Accurate Information. You represent that information you provide — including your resume, work authorization status, and contact details — is accurate and not misleading.
3.4 Third-Party Sites. The Service may interact with third-party job sites and platforms on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms. We are not liable for any account restrictions or bans imposed by third-party sites as a result of your use of the Service.
3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by Resvia AI — including job match scores, tailored resume suggestions, and outreach drafts — is produced by AI models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You must independently review all AI-generated content before acting on it.
We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in job interviews, job offers, or employment.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Your resume and profile information remain your property; you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Prohibited Uses
